It Doesn't Have To Be So Complicated

Things like stress, grief, trauma, and family conflicts can seem so overwhelming that you just feel stuck. It is possible to enjoy a better life!

Sometimes, even when you feel confident in yourself, life can shift and make you question yourself and what you want. Parenthood, from becoming a new parent to raising a teenager, brings ever changing challenges that can make even the most skilled parent doubt themselves from time to time. Each child brings his or her own personality and unique challenges! It can be helpful to have a supportive expert who can remind you what you are doing right and help you change things that may not be working. Having a person that can objectively listen and guide you without judgment can make all the difference.

Therapy provides a safe, non-judgemental way to bring insight to your situation so you can have a clear path and take steps towards building the life you want. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience helping individuals and families find greater peace and renewed connection. I provide individual, family, and (for children) play therapy. I believe that entering into a collaborative therapeutic relationship is a risk worth taking and can truly be beneficial.

It's not always easy to see the big picture. But another perspective can help simplify your puzzle.
